Martin Place Guocoland Condo is the latest condo project for sale from leading developers Guocoland. The project is still pending government approval for sales and the developers are currently seeking expressions of interest from prospective buyers. GuocoLand’s subsidiary, First Bedok Land, was the winning bidder of the Martin Place project land, paying $595 million. Thirteen bidders bid for the project land, showing that there was a lot of interest among developers for the project land.
